Night Time

The days are pretty long around here. Most mornings, the boys kick things off before the little hand even reaches seven. Scott has already left for work and his return in the evening, almost always coincides with bedtime for two over-tired, over-excited little people. But, I love night time. I look forward to night time. Because around here, the goodies come out at night time. Our ice-cream/chocolate passion is fulfilled. And to keep it spicy, the flavours change constantly. This week, cookies & cream, spearmint choc-chip and Cadbury Snack. Sweet, sweeeet night time.

  9. We do the same thing - although sometimes it can feel like I am waiting forever for our 11 yr old to go to bed so he can't see how indulgent (and hypocritical about eating healthy) we are being!

  10. That looks devine. Choc-mint anything is totally my fave... although I can't bring myself to eat ice cream while the weather is so cold!

  11. Yum! I believe that most problems can be solved with ice cream!

My current night time treat at those chocolate mints from Aldi...their version of this 1980s after dinner mints...once Baby C has gone to bed and Daddy R and I have had dinner I read some blogs and eat some mints...heaven!

I save my ice cream treats for when I have the house to myself...that way I don't have to worry about Daddy R's spoon dipping into my bowl!
