Our mornings start this way. Two bowls of fruit. One bowl of muesli, with youghurt and banana. It is without a doubt one of my favourite parts of the day. The three of us sitting together, sometimes chatting, other times in silence. Mostly, there is no bickering at this early stage, so it's a peaceful moment for everyone. But the moment is fleeting, as the bowls of goodness are quickly demolished. It makes me happy to see my boys enjoying their food with such gusto. Every day, this is breakfast.

ReplyDeleteWhat a great start to your day. I find it interesting how differently everyone has interpreted this theme.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful. Breakfast is my favourite part of the day, it is the moment I stop and just enjoy it for what it is.

Looks yummy. I love the start of the day, when you don't know what the hours will bring. And what gorgeous companions xx
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely and healthy way to start your day!
ReplyDeleteNice J, very nice. Hubby has this thing that fruit is not breakfast! So we eat lots of fruit through the rest of the day but brekkie is toast or cereal. I think I'd rather be sitting down to your brekkie!
ReplyDeleteJust fantastic. I loved using those Tupperware divided dishes with the lids, so children felt like they had a variety of foods in compartments, just such a good way to shovel healthy food into them. Love Posie
ReplyDeleteLooks like a perfect, healthy start to the day. I say start the good habits young & they will stick with them for life!

Such a wonderful start to the day, inside and out! x
ReplyDeleteI love a good morning ritual. And what a healthy one this is. Looks like your boys love their food. Does Angus request his to be all split out like that? Oliver loves it when I separate out all his foodie elements. Funny little creatures! x
ReplyDeleteYum. Fabulous idea and beautiful photos :)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Love those special serene moments with kids. So healthy too x
