Eeyore Love

We are hosting a house guest this week. Angus brought Eeyore home today, complete with diary, to fill with drawings, stories and photos, of our days together. I've heard quite a bit about this exercise over the past couple of months. And Angus could not be more thrilled to finally have his turn. He has grand plans to make Eeyore feel very much a part of the family throughout his stay... starting with an episode of Playschool on the lounge this afternoon. It quite literally warmed my heart to see. I'm also feeling almighty grateful the preschool didn't send home silk worms or an axolotl, like they did when I was at school. This one is fairly low maintenance.

  2. I love how attatched they get to it while it's in their home. We had a teddy do the same 'home visit' and I think he did all but take a bath with my guys! (and yes it was asked!)
Sleep well Eeyore, your in safe hands x

  8. awww so cute! Our Preschool doesn't do this, I might make a suggestion! Not sure how reliable it would be on getting it back though! How is Angus going to feel when he has to take him back? He looks very fond of Eeyore!

  9. My son had a teddy to look after once and he loved every minute of it!! such a gorgeous idea isnt it?!!! I think Eyore would be better though than a teddy!!! such gorgoeus pics of your boy! It will be so great to have your blog as a record of your childrens lives! Even they will be able to look back on it in the future!! hope you are having a wonderful week!
